Michael is simply exceptional!! I had a few complex jobs/tasks in my unit and he was able to execute these various tasks smoothly.
Michael is a thorough, accurate and meticulous worker. Whenever there was a critical step, he would discuss with me the options, an ensure the right decision is taken. He is very responsive and a great communicator. He is easy to work with, calm and extremely professional. He is very skilled as I had a wide range of tasks to complete.
Highly recommend!!!

I had Michael come and repair a stove in one of my buildings (I am a Property Manager). He responded right away to my request, moved around his schedule to accommodate mine and my tenant's, and immediately found the issue upon assessment. He looped me in every step of the way and made sure I was aware of what was wrong, how to fix, and gave me a very fair price with all things considered (travel, labor, parts, professionalism, etc.). Honestly cannot thank him enough, my fridge wasnt working and I couldn't figure out the problem. Multiple people came to try and fix it but as well could not figure out. Until he came and fixed it! Great job, very higly recommend this guy!!
