What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum service visit is $250. Final pricing depends on the service, size, material, condition and access. Photos and approximate square footage help us provide an accurate estimate before scheduling. Standard estimates include the agreed cleaning process, and we do not add surprise upsells when we arrive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by asking what needs to be cleaned, the property location, approximate size, material or fabric type, stains, odors, pets and access details. Photos are extremely helpful. We then provide an estimate and available arrival window. On site, we inspect the surfaces, explain the recommended process, protect the surrounding area and complete the agreed deep cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pure Vortex has more than 15 years of hands-on carpet, upholstery, tile, grout and natural-stone cleaning experience. We are IICRC certified in carpet cleaning (CCT #70031023), licensed and insured. We use professional truck-mounted hot-water extraction, commercial agitation equipment and material-specific cleaning solutions.
