- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently working on my Microsoft Certification and I will be going back to school for Security and Networking.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was young our home computer kept having issues with the internet. I was always the selected person to handle the call to the internet company as well as HP when the computer had a technical lock up. I started to memorize the steps their techs would give me and eventually I was able to do the process without their aid. So I decided to stick with the field and went to work for Office Depot for 3 years as a tech. After seeing that corporations were only interested in money and not the customer I decided to make my own business to help people at competitive prices.
