Andy at Your PC Surgeon, LLC was patient and thorough. However, the hallmark of my experience with his was the speed at which our interaction progressed. I left a voice mail message for him over the weekend. He responded early on Monday morning. By early Monday afternoon, I dropped my desktop off at his location. I received a call from Andy on Monday evening to inform me that my PC had been fixed. I picked it up from his location on Tuesday morning. Andy explained what he had dome to repair the machine, and we spoke about the issues involved. He was personal and friendly but very professional at the same time. I am very happy to recommend Your PC Surgeon, LLC for computer related problems

If there is anyone I could suggest for a repair, it would be Your C Surgeon. Within 24 hours I was given a response, given flexible hours of availability, and had my pc repaired just in time to have some work done due that night. Incredible service. Would recommend to anyone.

I was extremely pleased with PC Surgon’s promptness in addressing my issues from the very start. When I went to deliver my laptop, they immediately dove right in and identified the root cause. I was very pleased with the level of knowledge’ experience and step by step communication of details regarding the repair. I left my laptop overnight and returned today to a working machine with all of my files backed-up from the damaged drive. Once again, PC Surgeon is HIGHLY recommended.
