- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Because I am the owner and the sole employee, I base my pricing on the party type, my clients needs and their budget. I have never turned anyone down who was willing to work with me and I never will!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After securing the job, I try to meet with the client at their convenience as soon as possible. By meeting with the client "one on one", they get a comfort level that helps put any fears or questions at ease and makes it easier to go forward with plans and direction. It also helps to eliminate any misunderstandings or mistakes because you are both speaking one to one in the moment!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained as a professional radio and television broadcaster who has worked "on-air" in the Miami and Naples/Ft. Myers market for the past 23 years! I have also operated my own D.J. company, TONY EDWARDS ENTERTAINMENT in that same time and have MC/DJ'd thousands of live events including weddings, birthdays, theme party's, corporate events and hosting of live concerts and fundraisers. I have MC/DJ for groups as small as 15 and as large 6500!
