I was pregnant with my first child, and I was looking for a maternity photographer. I was apprehensive about the whole process as I was on my last few weeks of pregnancy and it was relatively hot outside(at least for me)). I wanted to have studio and outdoor shoots but had to decide on one, because all photographers I contacted before offered only one or the other with bunch of other restrictions (in terms of extra pictures, people, props, time, CDs, etc.) all for extra charge. I felt that I would be too busy counting and figuring out what is included and what is extra instead of being in the moment. Also, I had to provide my own place for photo shoot.
When I contacted Eyeleen, I got immediate response. She quickly put me at ease and offered her studio which is on 2 acres of beautiful land, so I could have indoor and outdoor pictures. She assured me that I will have as much time as I needed. I wanted to have two different outfits, so I needed to change. For 38-week-pregnant it is not such an easy task)). She offered me her props as well.
We talked about my ideas and Eyeleen sent me some pictures so I could tell her what I liked and disliked about them and create our own. The whole process was very enjoyable, relaxed, positive and professional.
I didnt mention that I was with my husband who doesnt like to be photographed, but even he enjoyed our photo shoot. We got a lot of pictures and glad that it was more of an art than a business transaction. Eyeleen managed our time very well. She planned out everything so that we get the best natural light and the background and happily incorporated our ideas. Very professional but fun and relaxed.
It was a pleasure working with you, Eyeleen. Thank you!
