- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer honest, flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees. A standard diagnostic fee applies and is fully credited toward your repair if you choose to proceed. I always explain the root cause and provide the total cost upfront before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I perform a thorough diagnostic to find the root cause of the problem. I then explain the issue clearly and provide repair options. Once approved, I complete the work—often on the same day—and test the system to ensure everything is cooling perfectly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning/Refrigeration (HVAC/R) program at Lorenzo Walker Technical College here in Naples and also hold a Master’s degree in Engineering.
