- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates for most projects. • Prices may vary depending on the conditions of the existing property and the changes requested during construction. • Materials may be included or quoted separately depending on the project. • An initial deposit is required to schedule and start work. • Payments are made according to the agreed stages of the project. • Additional work not included in the original budget It will cost a fee. Additionally, and will require customer approval. • Discounts available for returning customers and higher volume projects. • Permits, inspections, and government fees, where necessary, are not included unless specified in writing. • All quotes are of limited force and are subject to changes in material and supply costs. Our goal is to offer fair prices, transparency and quality work in every project.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have practical experience in remodeling and general construction, acquired through years of work in residential and commercial projects. My experience includes carpentry, floor installation, drywall, painting, repair and general maintenance, construction of stairs, decks and other home improvements. In addition to experience in the field, I keep up-to-date on construction techniques, materials and safety practices to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction.
