I couldn't apply more options for my response to Ken's work , so I will elaborate. I was so pleased with his sense of detail and his great communication. This was an emotional time for me and he was fantastic, genuine and wasn't looking out for himself, but rather looking out for. Our pricing depends on the size and rooms in the house as well as add on services like pool and spa inspections.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will need the address and specs of the home. SQFT. Beds and baths. If there is a pool to be inspected as well. Then I will email customer Pre inspection agreement to be signed and returned
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
State Certification. 120 hours online classes with CE. 15+ years in construction industry
