Kimberly cleaned my 6 room condo in Naples several times. She is always professional, punctual and meets my expectations for cleaning results. I have 2 shedding dogs so dusting and vacuuming are quite labor intensive. Kimberly is up to meeting challenges like this plus her attitude is always positive. Kimberly responded to my inquiry very quickly and was even able to clean our home on a Sunday. She arrived early and did a great job! We were very impressed with her professionalism and cleaning service. Her prices are very reasonable as well. She was very pleasant to talk to but my house did not even look clean when I came home. Trash not emptied, dust in all the corners of the floors, dirty stove, stainless steel not cleaned, and bedding was laid on top of bed and that's what she called 'made'. As kind as she was, I will not be hiring her back.

As I had an employee do this particular cleaning, Gina was not happy, I immediately said I would come back myself and clean to her satisfaction. Gina did not accept my proposal. The employee.has since been retrained, and felt horrible.
