- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our priority is to be honest and fair in our pricing. Each estimate is tailored to the needs of our client. We are always straight forward and direct with our communication about our estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new client can begin either with an in person estimate or an online estimate. During an in home estimate we typically walk through the home with the client while discussing their wants and needs. We assess the work, time frame, scheduling and answer any questions the client may have before delivering our recommendations and estimate to the client. Many of our clients work during the day while we clean their home so we also discuss entry into the home. Some clients leave a key for us in an inconspicuous place, others give us their garage code. We thoroughly lock up before we leave.
