The subconscious mind is what I call our Autopilot, once it learns to do "something" whether its good, bad or indifferent, it becomes automatic and is usually very hard to change on your own. Imagine or try changing the way or order you wash your body, brush your teeth or put your clothes on, when you go to try and change the order of how you currently do it, it feels so wrong and something so simple becomes uncomfortable to do a different way.
