Our Condo Association hired 2 designers for the same multi-year exterior project. The project was to design a facelift for 34 year old condo buildings. The results were presented to the on-site homeowners who overwhelmingly and unanimously selected Josie's design. She provided recommendations on both material and color of replacement decking, handrails, paint, lighting, bldg numbers, and a beautiful option to update the exterior design of our buildings with stone accents. Her color presentation was "full sized" making selection easier. She provided electronic renderings that were shared with our snowbirds who had yet to return to Florida for the winter season. The condo Board was very impressed withe the quick turnaround and the extent of the design; down to the smallest of detail.
