- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and fair. We understand how pricey home improvement projects can be and we take that into intentful consideration without compromising quality workmanship. Our base rates are not by the hour but by the project's scope. Your estimate is largely based on the size of area and quality/texture of the surface.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we conduct a quick call or text (whicher ever the customer prefers) to introduce ourselves and discuss the scope of work, expectations, and turnaround time and of course, pricing. In-person or virtual consultations are conducted as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner/operator, I am a carpenter by trade. For over 20 years, I have owned a successful, full-service general contracting business, which is still thriving currently. I developed a passion for custom painting projects over the years and it also allows me to train upcoming apprentices that have turned beloved employees. Creating rewarding job opportunities to hardworking people in the local area.
