- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process with all of our moves is either an estimate over the phone or if it is a bigger job I can come by and take a look at everything on sight. I give same day estimates and always work with the customers schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in sociology that I received from Georgia State University where I also played baseball. This strongly relates to a moving company being that there is a team and you have to work together in order to get the job done.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of work fresh out of college. I was having a hard time finding a job that fit my personality/lifestyle and I quickly took a liking to the moving industry. Every move is a little bit different then before and it is a great workout. Fast forward a couple years and I started Haul of Fame Moving.
