- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 per session (sessions are 1 hour).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before our first session, I like to have a new client send me a list of their fitness goals, which I can help outline for them if needed. I also like to get a history of their previous fitness routine, if any, as well as any injuries. Our first workout session together is for us to get to know one another and for me to assess where any strengths and weaknesses may be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
American Council of Exercise (ACE) and American Academy of Personal Training (AAPT) certified personal trainer. Pre and Post Natal Fitness certified. TRX certified. Co-author of the Brrrn Board Certification for fitness professionals. CPR/AED certified.
