FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are many factors involved in calculating price, so, in many cases, it is tough to give an estimate over the phone unless we have discussed these factors. Prices and terms are typically negotiable. Prices are determined by: overall contract length and meeting frequency, method of payment, payment frequency, overhead and many others. These factors would all be discussed prior to signing any contract. My goal is to ultimately get a client the coaching that they desire while it also being within their budget. This is why I offer potential clients a "Free Consultation with no Obligation." Consultations are a great opportunity to discuss specific details in person and for a potential client to see what me and my business offer. Most contracts are straight forward with standard 90-day timeframes. 90 days is short enough to maintain urgency and long enough to prove real progress.
