- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am right for this job because I connect personally with my customers. I am a local business person. It is my goal to get you the pictures that you will remember for years to come that you can post with happiness. My goal is to provide beautiful and affordable memories. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to message or speak with you to find out what location you prefer, if any, and who will be there. I like to find out what type of event it is. Are we capturing specific memories or is it for fun? It’s important to me to make sure you have a great experience and wind up with beautiful pictures. Once we schedule the appointment I send an invoice to reserve your booking and then I will check the weather prior to our photo session if possible to ensure we have the right weather for the occasion. Once the photo shoot is complete I send a google drive link for you to select your photos, prices listed above, to select the ones you choose. Once you have chosen your photos it takes 1-2 weeks for me to edit them and have them back to you fully edited with Lightroom and Photoshop as needed. I generally email a digital full quality rendition of the images to my customers that they are able to download, save and print as needed. My typical process for working you is figuring out the end result you are looking for. At the end of the day these are your pictures and I want you to be happy with your result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been taking photographs for most of my life and also love editing them. I also have taken many classes for photography and editing to ensure that my customers and family have beautiful pictures to look at for years to come.
