- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the property, scope of work, access, condition, and type of service needed. We provide clear pricing upfront before work begins. For recurring services or bundled services, we may offer preferred pricing when multiple services are scheduled together, such as gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and paver sealing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what the customer needs and reviewing the property or project details. Then we provide a clear estimate, explain the scope of work, and answer any questions before scheduling. On service day, we arrive prepared, complete the work carefully, and do a final review to make sure everything is cleaned up and completed properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on field work, property maintenance, exterior cleaning, gutter cleaning, paver care, and irrigation system troubleshooting. We are familiar with the needs of Southwest Florida properties, including mold, mildew, algae buildup, drainage issues, seasonal maintenance, and storm preparation. We continue to improve our process through real project experience and industry best practices.
