My name is John Sardina I am the founder of Golden Grove Property Management Group. As a Naples Native and someone that went through the school system here I’ve grown to have tons of connections here in town with like minded business owners in almost every category. That being said I had seen many people here fall victim to terrible Property management and home watch company’s that are extremely overpriced, pad invoices and give jobs to the lowest bidders leaving anyone and everyone to be allowed in and around your family’s estate. My new and improved version of this business leaves a lot of the tasks handled in house (Over seeing routine maintence/repairs, home watch, power washing, moving, and cleaning) then anything we can’t handle gets done by a company whom I have a personal relationships with and trust who’s going to be at the property just as if it were my own home with no up charging on the invoicing. “WE’RE NOT JUST A MANAGEMENT COMPANY, WE’RE AN EXTENSION TO YOUR FAMILY.”
