My experience with Grandview Property Management has been exceptional. Dave is very knowledgeable of the Naples real estate market, conducted a thorough analysis of the market place, presented my home in a professional manner and successfully rented my home within 3 days of listing. I have had the pleasure of working with David Puskaric during the past five years. Dave managed my rental property, later helped me to sell the rental property, and, most recently, assisted a family member to purchase a home in the Naples area. In each of these roles, Dave has been incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and responsive and I highly recommend him in any of these roles! Dave managed my rental property for approximately 3 years, during which time he promoted the property, promptly found suitable renters, and dealt with all concerns regarding monthly rent collection and fees, home owner’s association issues, and property repairs rapidly and effectively. Repairs to the property (roofing and air conditioning) were performed by professionals who did the work correctly for a reasonable fee. I especially appreciated the transparency of the owner online access portal that enabled me to monitor repairs, monthly rent collection, fees, etc. Any concerns or questions were addressed immediately by Dave and his property management company’s staff. I had tremendous peace of mind knowing that, with Dave at the helm, my property was bringing in a monthly income and was being properly maintained. Two years ago, Dave helped me to sell the rental property. It was well promoted and he kept me apprised of showings and, of course, all offers. Dave walked me through the particulars of the transaction, negotiated on my behalf, and closed the transaction through an outstanding title company. I was extremely happy with the sale! Dave’s forte is communication and responsiveness. He is easily reachable via phone or email and does his very best to answer any questions or address any concerns as quickly as possible.
