Naples Realty and Property Management recently began managing an apartment and “hit the ground running” immediately. Javier is knowledgeable and professional in dealing with prospective tenants. His former experience provides his clients with an assortment of solutions to getting management issues resolved. So far, we have no complaints. We are hoping to have a long relationship with Naples Realty and Management.

He is very good at what he does , He is the best at renting properties and taking good care of the property once it’s been rented !! I was searching for a condo online and I found a property listed under Guillermo’s name and I gave him a call. He called the property owners to inquire about the listing. Unbeknownst to him, they had rented it without notifying him. He responded immediately to me with that news and with his apologies. Then, he truly went above and beyond by sending me a list of properties in the community that I wanted. I found one but it was listed with another company. He called that agent and emailed me her office phone number. He followed up numerous times to make sure I if I needed any assistance. He even offered to accompany me to the other office to help fill out any paperwork! When I spoke to him on the phone (numerous times) he was very friendly and responded promptly with call backs. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend him for any real estate needs. We are from the Midwest and if I ever need any assistance in the future, I know that I will call him and he will be there for me. He is an OUTSTANDING agent!!

I have been renting homes my whole adult life and this has been my best experience yet! Not only have any and all of my concerned been promptly attended to, I have have felt personally cared for and seen as more than just a tenant. I have been asked several times how my family is doing and when I had a family emergency, I was met with concern for my family’s well being and and had an offer to help any way possible. I have been here three years now and I hope to stay here as long as possible! Cannot recommend high enough!
