Naples Realty and Property Management recently began managing an apartment and “hit the ground running” immediately. Javier is knowledgeable and professional in dealing with prospective tenants. His former experience provides his clients with an assortment of solutions to getting management issues resolved. So far, we have no complaints. We are hoping to have a long relationship with Naples Realty and Management.

Guillermo is very good at renting properties and taking care of property once it’s been rented. He is also very punctual on payments to me. I highly recommend his services. Very reliable person and responds immediately to any issue.

I have been renting homes my whole adult life and this has been my best experience yet! Not only have any and all of my concerned been promptly attended to, I have have felt personally cared for and seen as more than just a tenant. I have been asked several times how my family is doing and when I had a family emergency, I was met with concern for my family’s well being and and had an offer to help any way possible. I have been here three years now and I hope to stay here as long as possible! Cannot recommend high enough!

I text message my landlord at roughly 1:00 p.m. telling him about a problem I was having with my garbage disposal and my dishwasher by 1:45 the plumber was here very respectful very courteous very kind within 1 hour he had the problem taken care of he cleaned up after himself this is the second time I had a plumbing problem I've only moved into this apartment 2 months ago and he was here within an hour each time and took care of everything I needed I would recommend this man his company to anyone
