We hired David to fix a leak on our roof. He replied almost immediately, came by the evening, and the next day completed the job. He was fair in his price and sent pictures along with the quote. We always provide a detailed written estimate free of charge for our valued customers. A line-item breakdown is included reflecting all of the work proposed with complete transparency. As a roofing company it is important that our roof measurements are accurate for our estimate. We also provide a detailed roof measurement report to our customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a client communication is key. It is our goal to fully understand the needs of our customer to thus be able to come up with viable roofing options. Every customer has different needs and expectations. It is our job as the professional to provide the knowledge and educate them. By doing this our customers are able to make the best informed decision for their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified roofing contractor in Florida. My license number is CCC1333215. I am also a HAAG certified inspector to assess wind damage to roofs and residential properties. I also hold an All-Lines Adjuster license in Florida.
