- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is on a per session basis. You pay for one class at a time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up the first session as an introductory session. We go over vocal basics and get to know the voice of the prospective student. I suggest a curriculum and short song list based on the skill level and voice type and let the student decide to continue lessons. We finish the session by covering details such as payment, scheduling, and expectations
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Music and Vocal training. I have taught and mentored many vocal students for nearly 10 years.
