Shannon was the first to contact me after creating a couch cleaning request. (He called rather than texted which, for me personally, made the scheduling process much easier.)
We just lost our golden retriever who used to love rubbing up against our white couch. The couch hasn’t been true white in years 😅 so I figured it was time to get it cleaned. From the first call, Shannon was so friendly and even empathetic about the loss of our fur buddy. His work was also top notch. The couch was in pretty bad shape, but he managed to get it sparkling white again. His price was also very fair. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we arrive at your home, we will ask that you show us the areas you would like to have cleaned and any spots you may have concerns about. Once the initial walk through is complete, we pretreat all the areas to be cleaned, focusing on traffic areas and any spots.
Once the carpet has been cleaned, you will be able to walk on it, we just recommend no shoes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 years of experience in carpet cleaning. Not only steam cleaning but also the bonnet or carbonated cleaning method (dry cleaning). Steam cleaning is the method recommended by most carpet manufacturers and myself since I have personally witnessed the difference.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I learned about carpet cleaning as a teen from my dad. Working with him at his business taught me not only carpet cleaning, but many other things such as floor cleaning and janitorial cleaning.
