We are a full service flooring company specializing in tile, marble, wood, laminate, carpet, cabinets, and granite fabrication. Along with flooring, we specialize in kitchen and bath remodels. With nearly thirty years of experience, we have the knowledge and the ability to transform your home, condo, or office into the space of your dreams. Our staff strives to obtain the highest level of quality in each of the jobs we perform. I have been licensed and fully insured in Collier County since 1992 and would welcome the opportunity to serve you.

Greg and his team installed wood-like tile and new base boards throughout my entire house. They have great service, quality and pricing! Greg can order the tile and supplies through his sources so that made it a pretty seamless experience for me but I know he would also install a tile of your choice as well. The other great thing about them is they can do other projects for your home. For example, I had a bit of drywall work that I needed done and they were able to do that for me while working on the tile install. The end result looks really great, I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Greg and his team and Manatee flooring were amazing to work with from start to finish. We just built a new home and were in need of a contractor to install a kitchen backsplash for us. Greg responded to our inquiry immediately, and though we had a tile picked out, was able to steer us in the direction of a tile that was, for the same price, of higher quality and looks great!
It took just a day and 1/2 for his team to complete the work, and Greg personally inspected the job to insure that the quality met our standards. We will hire Manatee Flooring again for our next tiling project.

The tile job was trrific!! Very professional and done on time. They arrived when they promised and when the job was done the floor was cleaned and ready to put our lanai furniture in place. We would hire them again!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a rule, we do have standard rates for the services we offer. However, each job we undertake has it's own set of unique requirements wherein we will assess those requirements so as to offer our clients the best and most affordable price we can while satisfying their project requirements.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will make an appointment with a new customer at their location to see first hand the work they desire. During the initial visit we will take measurements, evaluate what work is required, what work is desired, what sort of budget they have set, and put together a game plan with the client based upon their individual requirements. On conclusion of the initial consultation, we will set a time to meet to start the selection process for materials. Once the materials have been selected, we will typically put an accurate bid together outlining the full scope of the remodel.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended numerous installation seminars and training classes sponsored locally by various flooring distributors, as well as attending national trade shows to supplement both product knowledge as well as staying abreast of the latest in installation methods.
