- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a couple different monthly programs, it really just depends on your needs. We will discuss best options together and I will go over all available options so you can get the training and help you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have an initial client intake meeting to discuss your goals, things you have been working on, are just starting, as well as future goals. I will make sure to ask about any medical or physical limitations or concerns I need to be mindful of in creating your training plan. I also ask for a why statement/letter of intention. It could be a couple of words to a couple pf pages, whatever works. Everyone's "why" is different. So WHY do YOU want to be healthier, stronger, more disciplined, more focused?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University. I have my personal training certification (NCCPT) as well as CPR, AED, and First Aid.
