Cannot say enough regarding Tim’s responsiveness, willingness to assist in the evening, and perseverence through navigating a difficult issue to diagnose - which ultimately was determined to be caused by a direct lighting strike - no one assumes that! Tim was thorough, and tenacious - working well into a rain storm outside, and into the evening, reaching the time frame where he wished he would’ve ignore the service call. He was prompt and his pricing was fair. Thank you for getting the AC back up and running!
