Introduction: Pasco PC Fix My areas of expertise are performance, security, networks & WiFi, malware hunting, virus removal, data recovery, general PC issues & troubleshooting, upgrading from HDD to SSD, Windows installations, Microsoft Office, email, printer support, and more. I also do TV boxes like the FireTV (premium TV shows, movies, and channels at a discount). I also mentor about how to use your device and best practices. I can do mobile / on-site repair if you're within a 20-mile radius of me, which covers all of Pasco County as well as some surrounding areas. Pricing: I charge $65/hour. This applies to travel as well: 15 minutes of travel = $15, 30min = $30, etc. I care about my customer's convenience and safety, and so I make it a point to offer quick tips or lessons on how to best avoid the mistakes that caused them to need to call me in the first place. I will let you know if there's a better, easier, safer way of doing the things that you're currently doing. I care about handing your PC back to you in a clean and performant state. I’m not in the business to remove 1 virus and charge $300. I will go every inch of your PC and make sure it’s completely clean and runs as well as possible.

Michael was amazing. Even if you're like me and don't know much about computers it didn't matter. He took his time to explain what needed to be done and did it correct the first time. I tried to fix my internet connection myself and of course made things worse. He walked me through every step and made it as painless as possible. I will keep his number on speed dial for now on.

Great experience with using Pasco PC Fix. Michael took the time to diagnosis and resolve my computer issues. I have an open box all in one computer that unfortunately had limited storage space due to faulty partitions. Now my computer contains no bad blocks and has 1 large storage space as it should. He provides detailed verbal and written guidance every step of the way. He also goes above and beyond the ordinary time frame to make sure any issues are resolved and that you thoroughly understand. Amazing work was done by Pasco PC Fix. Michael and I were going at my PC non-stop for hours. Every time something didn't work he was always ready with another angle of attack for the issue. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $65/hr. This also applies to travel. So if I need to drive 15 minutes to your home, that would be $15. $30 for 30min, etc. You can save on the travel costs by dropping off and picking up your computer at my office.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Discuss what needs to be worked on and tentatively agree to a quote. 2. Schedule the appointment or pickup/drop-off. 3. Work is completed and payment is collected.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been fixing computers unofficially for over 15 years. In 2016 while still living in California I started a computer repair business. When I moved to Florida about 3 years later, I started Pasco PC Fix. I'm also currently working on receiving a Bachelors degree for Computer Science.
