• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I will certify someone for $25.00.Red Cross and American Heart charge 70 to 90 dollars.If it is far from me I would charge $30.00.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I would accept your offer and travel to you.I would give you a card that day.The card is a two year certification through American Safety and Health Institute A.S.H.I.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I am a certified C.P.R./AED/First Aid for adult,child and infant instructor through the American Safety and Health Institute which is a nationally certified organization.
