FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the type of work, complexity, and time required. For many handyman jobs, I charge by the hour, while larger or more detailed projects may be quoted at a flat rate. I always try to be upfront about pricing before the job starts, and I discuss any extra work with the customer before moving forward. My goal is fair pricing, clear communication, and quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start by asking for photos and details about the project so I can understand the scope of work. For smaller handyman jobs, I may give a general hourly estimate, and for larger jobs I may provide a flat quote. Once everything is clear, we schedule the work, I arrive with the needed tools and materials plan, and I complete the job carefully and efficiently while keeping communication open.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes mainly from hands-on residential repair, installation, and home improvement work. Over time I have worked on a variety of handyman projects that required problem-solving, attention to detail, and knowing the right tools and materials for the job. I continue learning through real project experience and by improving my process with every job.
