- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On site estimates are always the most accurate, but if need be, it can be done via video chat. We offer senior and veteran discounts. Credit card fees are 3.6%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Professional & accurate estimate, constant communication between the day of the estimate, til the completion of the job. As well as a follow up survey to assure quality performance, and customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founders have combined, over 30 years experience working in the industry. We strive to make sure every crew we send out is experienced and highly trained.
