RJ reached out to me before my training session and asked me what I specifically wanted to improve on. He also took notes regarding types of workouts I enjoyed versus other types of workouts I wasn't as fond of. With my past experience as a college athlete he knew that basic routines would be too easy for me and I wanted something more challenging. He catered the workout to what I really enjoyed doing while targeting my specific goals. He is a very personable trainer who makes you strive to be the best you can possibly be. I will definitely be using him for all of my future workout needs and highly recommend him to anyone, just beginning or advanced, that's looking to improve their fitness!

Working with RJ was an incredible experience overall. I worked with him for several weeks while trying to improve my speed and strength for football. RJ helped me get stronger in all three of my core lifts; bench, squats, and cleans. I can't wait to work with him again. Results did not take long. I plan to train all summer with RJ to prepare for my college football career in August.

RJ's training is always fit to my specific goals and he never fails to create the perfect workout that allows me to see and feel the results I desire. His creativity is the reason why I never get bored with the work out or feel like I'm constantly doing the same thing over and over. His training style is unique and I enjoy every training session because he does not train like the average trainer. RJ is always patient with me if I don't catch on to a work out right away and comes up with a quick modification if I need one. Awesome trainer that I would definitely recommend!!
