- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a family and Veteran owned roofing company with lower then normal overhead costs so we are able to get the job done at lower costs without sacrificing quality. We also offer Veterans 5% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Retail- We schedule a day to come out to the property and inspect the entire roof and give the client a detailed estimate and time frame the job can be completed in. We will sit with you and show you how we come to costs so you know exactly what each dollar is going to. We prefer to build the estimate with the property owner for transparency and reassurance. Insurance- schedule a day to do a free inspection and if we find damage we help the homeowner file the claim with there insurance company and send in our damage report. Next is the adjuster inspection that we will personally attend to make sure everything goes smoothly and insurance looks over all the damage properly. Then we handle the rest from there for getting you approved.
