- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer individual classes at $40 per session (55-60 minutes). For students who want to commit to their progress, I offer packages: 4 classes for $140 and 8 classes for $270. No contracts, no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short conversation, usually 10-15 minutes before the first class, so I can understand your current level, your goals, and what you want to focus on. From there, I design a personalized plan and we get started. No tests, no pressure, just a relaxed and productive first session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a native Spanish and Italian speaker from Venezuela. I worked as a university professor in Venezuela for over 10 years. I have been teaching Spanish to adults in the United States for 9 years. My academic background gives me the tools to explain grammar clearly, while my experience living in multiple countries gives my students real, natural Spanish, not just textbook language.
