Hi again, Kathy- I do not take on clients who are unkind and reactive, because this type of behavior does not align with my values. This is the second negative review you have left me, and it is as baseless as the first because we never worked together. In our offsite communication, you acknowledged that you wrote down the wrong date and time for our initial call. Which, I’d like to note was scheduled as a courtesy, because you were unwilling to pay a nominal amount for an in person consultation. I understood your error and kindly asked that you take down the first negative review you posted. When I reached out to ask why you left it, because I was so confused (considering the date and time of our scheduled call hadn’t yet passed) you were embarrassed and apologized. I thanked you for taking it down and let you know that we were not a good fit for working together based on how quick you were to try and eviscerate my online reputation in this inconsequential corner of the internet over a misunderstanding of your own construct. We parted ways amicably and I wished you well with your project- and I still do. In no way did I do anything that would warrant this type of review, now for the second time. In fact I treated you with more grace and understanding than you have proven yourself capable of extending to others. I would suggest you use Thumbtack to find a local therapist who can help you better regulate your emotions and also provide some guidance regarding online etiquette. Regards as you heal, Lydia
