Ross was very professional, Knowledgeable and punctual. He fixed my freezer quickly, offered to come back if the I noticed anything wrong. Unfortunately my Fridge quite working after the freezer was fixed, so now I have a non usable fridge. The only downside, is that it was pricy, I payed $282 and now I have to buy a brand new bridge.
