A perfect experience. I can’t think of anything that Ruslan (Warm Appliance) could have done better. He was a great communicator. He did exactly what he said he would do – and on time. I’d give Warm Appliance TEN stars (or more) if I could. And one more thing; I thought the amount charged was fair and reasonable.

Suddenly, my Samsung front load dryer lost its heating function. I reached out to Warm Appliance for repairs, and they did an excellent job at a fair price. Ross was very professional, Knowledgeable and punctual. He fixed my freezer quickly, offered to come back if the I noticed anything wrong. Unfortunately my Fridge quite working after the freezer was fixed, so now I have a non usable fridge. The only downside, is that it was pricy, I payed $282 and now I have to buy a brand new bridge.
