I quote each job based on scope, so you get an accurate price rather than a vague estimate that changes later. I’m always clear about the price before starting no hidden fees. I offer a discount when you book multiple tasks in one visit, since it’s more efficient for both of us. I’d rather earn your repeat business with fair, honest pricing than win once by underquoting.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few questions to fully understand the scope so my quote is accurate. Once we agree on the work and price, we schedule a time that fits you. I show up on time, confirm the details before starting, complete the work cleanly, and walk you through the result before I leave. You’ll always know the price before I begin no surprises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training is hands-on, which in this trade matters more than a classroom. I’ve worked on construction crews and in home services, handling sliding and sliding-glass doors, roller and track repair, hardware replacement, furniture and equipment assembly, TV mounting, and appliance installation. Working across all those areas gave me practical, real-world skills that translate directly to getting your job done right.
