- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff are continuously going to tastings and training meetings. We are all TIPS certified, and well versed in current beverage industry protocol.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We are wedding specialists! We make custom drinks, use fresh garnishes, and make signature cocktails based on your tastes. We rent out portable bars which are usually accompanied by one of our stellar bartenders. Think drink services...think Mixitupmiami LLC. From signature cocktails before diner, to coffee service after. We have you covered!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Art Basel 2013. We did a pop up event in the Wynwood Arts District in Miami. Working with KIND bars, and local vendors , we served over 2,000 people our fresh "Wynter Sangria" and our "Guarapo Limeade".
