- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are negotiable. There is a minimum for each specific job though.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Formal introduction would be seeing what the customer needs help with, setting a time and date and last but not least setting the rate that works best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had years of training with the moving company I worked with.
