The first time Kyle (Kirill) and his assistant reinstalled my closet shelves that had come down they came down again - apparently my drywwall wouldn't hold them even with much stronger tactics applied. Kyle was mortified and said he would come back and redo it at no charge. I then researched heavy duty closet systems PLUS heavy duty wall anchors and purchased new components from Home Depot. They turned out to be exactly what was needed, and Kyle and his assistant returned and redid the whole thing. It held with him doing pullups on the clothes rod, and then I waited 2 weeks to make sure. It has held beautifully. Kyle and his assistant are VERY responsive and hard-working, and will do absolutely everything to insure the job is done to the customer's satisfaction. I will definitely call him again when I am ready to redo more of my closets!
