If a project is more complex, requires detailed measurements, preparation, demolition, custom solutions, or involves significant time, the pricing for that type of work is discussed separately and quoted individually. For larger or more complex projects, I can come to your location, evaluate the scope, and provide a free estimate. My services include: - Painting and finishing work; - Tile installation and flooring; - Wallpaper installation; - Electrical work (such as replacing outlets, switches, installing light fixtures); - Plumbing work (fixing leaks, replacing faucets, installing toilets); - Furniture assembly and setting up sports equipment; - Drywall repair (patching cracks, installing panels); - Mounting and installation of items (curtain rods, shelves, wall-mounted TVs, mirrors); - Door repairs(adjusting hinges, replacing handles, installing locks); - Garden maintenance and small repairs in outdoor areas; - Cleaning gutters and maintaining exterior structures; - Fence and gate installation and repairs; - Organization and decluttering (garage cleanup, shelving installation); - Assistance with selecting, purchasing, and delivering materials. Additionally, I have experience managing maintenance for multi-unit buildings, coordinating all processes—from planning to completion.
