- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call starts at $100. Standard labor rate is $50 per hour, and for many projects we can agree on a flat price in advance. On-site estimates are free, so you can understand the cost before any work begins. There are no hidden fees — everything is discussed clearly beforehand. Discounts may be available for larger or combined handyman and cleaning jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with understanding your needs. We ask for photos and a short description of the issue or cleaning request to determine the scope of work. Based on that, we provide an estimate or schedule a free on-site visit if needed. Once we agree on the details and pricing, we schedule the job at a convenient time. Our team arrives on time, works carefully, keeps the space clean, and completes the job efficiently. After finishing, we review everything with you to make sure you’re fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience in home repair, installation, maintenance, and professional residential cleaning. Our training comes from real job site experience, continuous learning, and working with a wide range of tools, materials, and home care techniques. We stay up to date with modern methods and safety practices, focusing on clean work, attention to detail, and results that are built to last.
