The owner has been badgering me to leave a 5 star review but I wanted to be honest.
I hired Miami Cleaning group to do a deep cleaning of a two bedroom one bath house. The boss came to my house with the cleaning girl to check and confirm the job which is good. They quoted $200 which I think is fair. And that’s the end of good and fair.
One single person was at my house for 5 hours to do a deep cleaning which is fair when you are charging $200 I think. When the cleaning girl told me she was done and wanted to leave, I saw a lot of things that weren’t done, so I simply asked if she could please take out the trash. She told me that she wasn’t allowed to until the boss came back to the house to tell her she was allowed to. The same was when I asked her if she could please mop the house before she leaves.
When the boss did come for payment he wanted more money because it took 5 hours and should have taken 2. 2 hours to deep clean a 2 bedroom single family house with just 1 person????
The little bit that they did get done though is amazing and very well done. I just expect my deep cleaning to include taking out trash and mopping the floors. Not to mention wiping down exterior cabinets etc all of which did not get done
