Our pricing is transparent and based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning service you need. We don’t believe in hidden fees — what we quote is what you pay. We offer discounts for recurring cleanings (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep it simple and stress-free. First, we start with a quick phone call or online form to understand your needs and the size of your space. Then we provide a custom quote and schedule a time that works for you. On the day of the cleaning, our team arrives on time, fully equipped, and ready to make your home shine. After the service, we follow up to make sure everything met (or exceeded!) your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained in residential and commercial cleaning, including proper sanitation techniques, stain removal, and the safe use of cleaning products. We also stay up to date with best practices in eco-friendly cleaning and follow all CDC-recommended hygiene protocols. Each team member completes hands-on training before working independently, so you can trust that your home is in expert hands.
