Hired them to move my piano and they were great! Super careful with the piano and really easy to work with. Everything went smoothly and stress-free. Would definitely call them again if I ever need another move.

Initial Frustration Turned Around by Final Follow-ThroughI had a very frustrating experience at first. After my 85-inch TV was damaged during a move, I was given multiple promises that the issue would be resolved, but the dates kept changing. Communication was inconsistent, and for over a week I felt like I was being given the runaround. It became exhausting constantly following up and hearing new excuses, especially after being told the issue would be handled soon over and over again.However, I want to acknowledge that the situation was ultimately resolved. The TVs were delivered, and the person who came made sure everything was done properly. He took the time to follow through and ensured that the setup was to my satisfaction. That level of personal responsibility made a difference.This couldve gone very differently if the same level of urgency and communication had been present from the start. I appreciate that it was made right in the end, but I hope they improve the way they handle delays and communicate with customers going forward.
