When I moved into my apartment I was horrified to see that so many things were broken or unfinished, and the apartment was simply not move-in ready. I almost terminated my lease, but decided to give my landlord a week to make things right before making that nuclear decision. That’s when Lupo was recommended to me, and I couldn’t be happier. He was there day of, and not only did he do a great job at fixing everything, but when we inevitably found a half dozen more things that needed to be fixed along the way he was very amenable about coming back throughout the week - not just once, but a couple of times. Very responsive and puntual, responsive and friendly. The quality was top notch, and labor reasonably priced. I did not feel any doubts or pressure that Lupo was trying to unnecessarily upcharge or find dishonest ways to make more money off of my situation. In fact, when he couldn’t finish the job installing a door due to an unforeseen missing part, he wouldn’t let me pay him until he returned to finish the job. I trusted him enough to just pay him then anyway, and of course he came back to finish. Items fixed include - re-installing two doors (one of which needed augmented installation due to the height), re-installing bathroom fans, a toilet, floor fixtures, outlet covers, light covers, towel handles, and we are currently working to replace the motor of my washing machine. I will definitely just text Lupo if I ever have any future issues, and 10/10 would recommend to friends and family. Thanks Lupo!

I am very satisfied with the service. The bathroom was renovated perfectly, even better than I expected. The guys are hardworking, professional, and very dedicated to their work. Everything was done cleanly, neatly, and without any stress. I sincerely recommend them!
