My experience with Midas Pools was excellent from start to finish! Richard was the first to reply to my request - literally within minutes of posting it. And his communication was outstanding throughout. I am a new pool owner, and hired Midas for some repairs to my filtration system and to install a new heater.
What I appreciated most is that Richard and his colleague, Al, did not try to upsell me to other things I didn't need at the moment. They were totally professional, helpful, explained everything patiently, and their prices were more than fair.
The work was done quickly and with minimal hassle to me. And now Richard is maintaining my pool.
I'm VERY happy I found Richard and I highly recommend him and Midas Pools.
