My experience with Midas Pools was excellent from start to finish! Richard was the first to reply to my request - literally within minutes of posting it. And his communication was outstanding throughout. I am a new pool owner, and hired Midas for some repairs to my filtration system and to install a new heater. What I appreciated most is that Richard and his colleague, Al, did not try to upsell me to other things I didn't need at the moment. They were totally professional, helpful, explained everything patiently, and their prices were more than fair. The work was done quickly and with minimal hassle to me. My prices start at $75 per month for Chemical Plus and $95 per month for full service. Chemical Plus: Maintain a healthy balance of pool chemicals, net the entire pool service, brush all pool steps and walls, clean and empty skimmer/pump baskets, and clean the pool filter. Full Service: Maintain a healthy balance of pool chemicals, net the entire pool service, brush all pool steps and walls, vacuum all debree from the pool floor with a professional grade pool vacuum, clean and empty skimmer/pump baskets, and clean the pool filter.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
