I am a 200 RYT yoga teacher, 95 RCYT kids yoga and mindfulness teacher as well as Pilates certified in Sunny Isles Beach, FL.
I have expertise in various styles of yoga such as hatha, vinyasa, yin and power. I lead with connection to the breath to grow your personal practice with mindful integration.
I help guide you back into your center, connect with your unique power to remove energetic blockages through movement, breathwork, meditation, aroma therapy and sound healing.

I have been working with Tiffany for 6 months already. She has incredible knowledge on antamony and developing a mindful practice between mind body and spirit. I recommend her to anyone who is looking to start a home practice to guide you into proper form, alignment and growth from the inside out.

Tiffany is an excellent yoga teacher! She teaches my 7 yr old daughter once a week for about an hour. I am so happy because my daughter ( as many kids in her age group and generation) doesn’t want to do much exercise. Tiffany’s 1:1 lessons help her with posture and core strength. We love Tiffany!!!
